Sarah's particular facilitation follows the interests and goals of each client uniquely. Utilizing movement, senses, feelings and body experience to explore authentic, often unconscious impulses, each individual can practice full participation in the present moment while addressing patterns of thought and behavior that affect general life satisfaction.
This process can be potent for individuals and couples, and in groups and is accessible to persons of all levels of movement familiarity and ability.
Sarah W Wyckoff has a Master's of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy, is a dancer and performer, has over 15 years experience facilitating dance therapy and expressive movement and traveling through her own movement-oriented personal growth. She considers herself a Movement Therapy Artist, using primarily the modality of movement therapy and her skills in it to be a creative companion and facilitator of change for those who are ready!
Sarah holds sessions for individuals and couples, conducts ongoing groups and offers occasional day workshops.
Sarah's gentle acceptance and skillful perception enable even the most inexperienced person to connect with their "inner mover." The inner mover then becomes one's teacher.

This is an amazing experience! I found this process of improvised movement very spiritual and motivational. I became aware how much of my life I had been sleep-walking, and have been living more consciously ever since.

Thank you so very much for the support, openness, and safety that you create. I have learned so much through your work, especially to move from my authentic self. Also, I am able to go through life and enjoy the connections that I have throughout my day. Thank you again, Sarah, you're the Best!

I love being in Sarah's Movement Class. Her class gives me the opportunity to slow down and check in physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I've learned to honor and respect myself--while authentically being myself in a group situation. I've learned to respect and honor others and to offer space for growth while witnessing and connecting to their own experience. This is all created in a playful and sacred space. Thank you Sarah.
Authentically,
Wendy
